Most modern mobile messaging solutions now include a desktop client, allowing users to chat from their phone or computer, depending on which device they're using. Signal, Telegram, and Facebook Messenger are among them. Although WhatsApp has a web client, it currently needs users to be linked to a mobile device, which may change in the future, according to the app's latest beta releases.

WhatsApp, your favourite messaging app, will soon be available in offline mode. Yes, that is right! Users will now be able to use the software without having to connect to the internet. But there's a catch: Until now, WhatsApp is available on both your mobile and your laptop, and in order to use the messaging programme, both devices needed to be connected to the internet. However, according to reports, WhatsApp's upcoming feature would enable users to access the desktop version of WhatsApp, WhatsApp Web, without needing internet access on their devices.

According to a report published by HackRead, scanning a QR code on your laptop or desktop with the WhatsApp app on your Android phone or iPhone can disappear soon. This is due to a recent beta test for the WhatsApp Web interface, which replaces the need for an active mobile device.

This feature is also described as the multi-device feature because it can run on four devices at once. Yes, it is reported that the same account can be used to access WhatsApp on four separate devices at the same time. And only one of them, the main device, will need an internet connection. A totally independent desktop client for WhatsApp would put the app on par with popular messaging rival apps like Telegram, Signal, Skype, & Facebook Messenger, and is one of the most requested features. Users should soon be able to communicate with their friends on their desktop PCs, even if their phone has no internet access or has run out of battery— or even if their computer is broken or stolen.
